Yes. All enrolled students receive comprehensive study material curated by our Ex-IAF faculty, including theory notes, DGCA/EASA exam-focused study guides, previous year question banks, and mock test papers. Yes. Many students complete complementary courses simultaneously or sequentially. For example, CPL students often complete Radio Telephony (FRTOL) alongside their ground school, while engineering students pursue EASA Part 66 alongside DGCA AME preparation. EASA Part 66

EASA Part 66 is the European Aviation Safety Agency standard for certifying Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs). It is the most widely recognized international aircraft maintenance license, valid across European Union countries and recognized globally by many aviation authorities.

Holding an EASA Part 66 license significantly expands your career opportunities — enabling you to work with European airlines, international MROs, and airlines worldwide that operate EASA-registered aircraft.

B1 (Mechanical/Structural): Covers airframe and powerplant maintenance. Sub-categories include B1.1 (Aeroplane Turbine — most common) and B1.3 (Helicopter Turbine). B1 engineers certify mechanical maintenance tasks.

B2 (Avionics): Covers aircraft avionics and electrical systems. B2 engineers are qualified to certify avionics and electrical maintenance tasks including navigation, communication and flight management systems.

At Vajra Aviation, we offer training for B1.1, B1.3 and B2 in partnership with Aviotrace Swiss. Many students pursue both B1 and B2 to enhance employability.

Yes. This is one of Vajra Aviation's flagship specializations. Ex-IAF Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and technical personnel can apply their military service and training towards EASA Part 66 license recognition. Our institute has a dedicated pathway for IAF-to-civil-aviation conversion, leveraging their existing aircraft maintenance experience to reduce module requirements and accelerate the licensing process.

We have successfully guided numerous Ex-IAF AME personnel through this conversion. Contact us for a detailed assessment.

There are 17 modules for B1 and 13 modules for B2 (with some overlap). Vajra Aviation has a proven record of 23 EASA modules successfully cleared by our students in partnership with Aviotrace Swiss.

Our support includes:

  • Module-by-module structured classroom training
  • EASA-aligned study material from Aviotrace Swiss
  • Regular mock exams and doubt-clearing sessions
  • Guidance on exam booking and registration with EASA authority
  • Post-exam support for module re-attempts if needed
