Group Captain SM Sundaram (Retd.) is a highly accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in military and civil aviation. A graduate of the National Defense Academy, he was commissioned into the Indian Air Force as a Navigator, accumulating over 6,500 flight hours on aircraft such as the Boeing 737, HS 748 (Avro), and DC-3 (Dakota).
An instructor since 1984, GpCapt Sundaram is a postgraduate from Madras University and an alumnus of the Defense Services Staff College (DSSC), where he also served as a Directing Staff (Instructor), showcasing his leadership and expertise in training.
After retiring from the Air Force, he transitioned into civil aviation as the General Manager – Training and Chief Ground Instructor (CGI) with Blue Dart Aviation Ltd. In this role, he conducted Type Rating Ground Training and Recurrent Ground Training for pilots and flight dispatchers on aircraft including the ATR, Boeing 737, and Boeing 757-200. He is also a certified Performance Software Engineer, trained by MS Boeing, and specialized in advanced operations such as PBN (Performance-Based Navigation), RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minimum), and CAT II & III Operations.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, GpCapt Sundaram is dedicated to training the next generation of aviators. He offers comprehensive programs for ab-initio pilots preparing for CPL examinations and advanced training for experienced CPL holders pursuing ATPL certifications.

An accomplished aerospace professional, Group Captain Ranjit Isaac (Retd) brings a wealth of experience across both military and civil aviation domains. With a distinguished career that includes responsibility for maintaining the prestigious Air Force One fleet — entrusted with flying the Honourable President, Prime Minister, and other VVIPs of India.
He possesses hands-on expertise with both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft, having overseen everything from aircraft and aero-engine production lines to testing and delivery as Production Head. Beyond engineering, he has played a pivotal role in human capital development, serving as the Commanding Officer of an aviation training facility and as the Training Manager for a scheduled airline.
In the private sector, he functioned as Project Head with one of India's largest industrial houses, contributing to the government's "Make in India" initiative. As the head of strategy and business development for the Aerospace vertical at Reliance Defence Ltd., he gained deep insight into the commercial and strategic facets of aerospace manufacturing and partnerships.
A certified aerospace quality assurance and audit professional, he upholds the highest standards in safety and performance. His career stands as a testament to the power of technical leadership, national service, and strategic vision in advancing the aerospace sector.

An aviator with a lifelong passion for flying and a deep commitment to excellence in aviation. His career began in the Indian Air Force, where he flew iconic aircraft including the HT-2, HPT 32, HJT 16, Dakota DC-3, Avro (HS-748), and Antonov AN-32, accumulating over 15,800 total flying hours.
Transitioning into civil aviation, he expanded his expertise to include the Beechcraft B-200, ATR 42-320/500, and Airbus A320, gaining deep insights into the dynamic world of commercial flight operations.
As a Designated Examiner, he has been entrusted with assessing and certifying fellow pilots to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. As a Crew Resource Management (CRM) Facilitator, he fosters effective communication among flight teams, emphasizing the human element of aviation safety. As an experienced Simulator Instructor, he trains pilots in handling complex scenarios, instilling confidence and preparedness for the unexpected.

Mr. Prashant Bansode is a highly experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Aviation Technical Instructor with more than 35 years in the aviation industry. He holds a DGCA AME License (Category V – Avionics) and a valid EASA B2 License from CAA, UK, with type ratings on Airbus A319, A320, and A321.
He has extensive experience delivering aviation technical training covering RVSM, PBN, ADS-B, EWIS, FTS, CAR-M, CAR-145, CAR-66, CAR-147, Human Factors, EGPWS, TCAS, CVR, DFDR, Safety Management Systems (SMS), ETOPS, Data Analysis, and Accident/Incident Investigation.
At Vajra Aviation, he conducts EASA Part-66 modular training for Modules 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, and 15, ensuring students gain strong technical knowledge and exam-oriented preparation. He has also delivered A320 family technical type training courses for pilots.
With decades of practical aviation experience and a passion for mentoring, Mr. Bansode plays a key role in supporting students toward achieving EASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer certification.
